Ricardo is a Certified Public Accountant with a Master’s in Healthcare Administration and over 25 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
 

He has led financial and operational projects for hospitals, healthcare networks, and business clients across Puerto Rico, specializing in data-driven decision support, cost report benchmarking, and FP&A strategy.
